Tasting Notes

Appearance: Brilliant yellow; virtually no signs of evolution. Lemon-yellow highlights with a certain visual viscosity.

Nose: Medium intensity, free of reductive notes. Open, featuring hints of sweet citrus (grapefruit) and soft creamy undertones. It unfolds to reveal syrupy notes, stone fruit, and baked apple.

Palate: Unctuous and vibrant, with excellent citric acidity. Simple yet whole. Very pleasant. A total surprise!
