Tasting Notes

Appearance: Golden-amber in color with orange highlights.

Nose: Upon opening, it presents as clean and free of any negative reduction. Soft, with a gentle smoky note dominated by raisined fruit and preserves (dried apricots, quince, bitter orange), alongside reminiscences of nuts (hazelnuts, bitter almonds). It gains finesse with aeration, becoming more defined, showing fruit compote, peach, beeswax, and a background hint of rubber.

Palate: Broad and warm, with a slight alcoholic edge that envelops notes of dried apricots and candied orange, featuring a high-quality touch of sweetness. Sweet and bitter citrus nuances are supported by sound acidity that integrates the ensemble. A vintage white that has aged gracefully, holding up through the years and remaining perfectly ready to drink.
