Tasting Notes

Appearance: Dark golden hue with copper and orange glints; luminous and clean. It displays a significant sense of viscosity with thick, permanent legs.

Nose: High intensity—powerful, open, and expressive. It reveals notes of honey, stone fruit (dried apricots, greengage plums), and candied quince, alongside pastry nuances (vanilla) and a high-quality floral background of fragrant broom, acacia, and Mediterranean scrub. As it breathes, it gains spicy complexity with hints of lemon brine, whey, and citrus peel (bitter orange marmalade). A finely etched vanillic thread with flashes of pastry cream persists in the background. Soft, perfumed, and approachable, showing almost no reductive notes.

Palate: Defined by a fearsome, sharp acidity and such a formidable nerve and structure that it is hard to believe this is the estate’s entry-level white (Crianza). A wine overflowing with life, vigor, and drive. It is bone-dry, solid, and vibrant, showing great volume and breadth. The palate is layered with citrus, dried fruits, and creamy toasted accents. Truly unbelievable quality. Excellent!
